2023 x 4 Arnaud Baillot "A Ma Fille Mahaut" blanc & 2022...

The Pernand-Vergelesses White “Cuvée To My Daughter Mahaut” by Arnaud Baillot is a great Chardonnay from Burgundy, refined and chiselled. Style: A dry, vibrant white wine, pairing the taut freshness of citrus with a saline minerality and notes of roasted hazelnut. On the table: Ideal with scallops, a fish in beurre blanc, poultry in cream sauce, or an aged Comté. The spirit: A boutique cuvée, a homage from the winemaker to his daughter, perfect for haute gastronomy or aging. The Pernand-Vergelesses Red “Cuvée To My Daughter Mahaut” by Arnaud Baillot is a great Pinot Noir from Burgundy, elegant and fleshy. Style: A gourmand and deep red wine, marrying the brightness of ripe red fruits (black cherry) with soft spice notes and velvety tannins. On the table: Ideal with duck breast, a grilled beef cut, a pork roast with prunes, or an aged reblochon. The spirit: A boutique and vibrant cuvée, an homage from the winemaker to his daughter, perfect for characterful meals or aging.
