An Extremely Rare Maleficent Disneyana Shop Figure.

(Disneyland, 1970s) An extremely rare Maleficent figure, created by the same model shop behind the iconic Main Street window displays. These figures were hand-built to the same high standards as those seen on Main Street windows and Sleeping Beauty Castle Walkthrough, with only a few made and sold at the Disneyana shop for a very short period of time. Maleficent is hand-painted, dressed in velvet and satin, and mounted to a stone-style base. Measuring 10" x 13" x 29" tall in a 16.5" x 16.5" x 33.5" tall plexiglass case, the figure is in good condition with heavy deterioration including fragile fabrics and soiling, while the case exhibits soiling, scuffs and edge wear. Maleficent's head is completely separated from her body and can be placed in position for display, as pictured. This item requires special shipping arrangements. Please inquire before bidding.
