Carpet - 270 cm - 172 cm

Beautiful hand-knotted Chinese rug with a deep dark blue field and classic Chinese decorations. The rug is richly executed with floral motifs, vases and traditional geometric symbols of good luck. The soft pastel tones in cream, pink and green form a nice contrast with the dark background. The rug is structurally in good condition and shows no cracks or other damage. It has not yet been professionally cleaned. There are signs of use, including some stains and visible impressions/discolorations where furniture or table legs have stood. These are clearly shown in the photos. A professional cleaning could presumably refresh the rug further.
