Contemporary American Studio Glass Textured Vessel, Signed

Contemporary American studio art glass vessel with a multi-layered and mixed-media design. The hand-blown piece features a cobalt blue cased interior visible through a translucent, multi-colored exterior wall. Decorative elements include white band wraps, orange glass shards, and a prominent applied red trailing glass coil in a serpentine form along the side. The lower portion of the vessel displays a heavy crackle or alligator skin texture with iridescent qualities. The underside features a rough, unpolished pontil scar and an incised mark consisting of the numerals 89 or 69 followed by a handwritten script signature. The signature cannot be identified.
