A beautiful set in uniform period bindings, half black leather, spine with raised bands adorned with cold-embossed motifs, gilt borders and titles, marbled boards. Gilt tomaison on the spine. Condition: the set is in very good condition of preservation, especially fresh on the inside. Complete text and well preserved. A few very light traces or sporadic foxing compatible with age. Bindings solid and uniform, with only light signs of use visible in the photographs. A handsome complete set, interesting for a collection devoted to the history of medicine, pediatrics, and the medical sciences of the 19th century.
