falk - alpha - Pan - Copper, Brass - Falk Culinary - Alpha

Manufacturer Alpha was a short-lived, exclusively Belgian brand that was founded in the 1980s. It was a subsidiary or sub-brand of the world-renowned Falk Culinair (based in Wespelaar, Belgium). Falk at that time released cookware under the name Alpha, but this production line lasted only about 2 years. As a result, historically only a very small volume of these pans was produced. This makes your pan today a rare collectible (rare vintage) among enthusiasts of copper cookware. Characteristics of this particular maker • Top-quality construction: Because the pan comes from Falk's ateliers, the construction is extremely solid. Falk is known for using heavy, professional bi-metal copper that lasts for generations. • The stamp: The stamp you see in the photo (the small Greek letter α) is the official hallmark with which this rare line was marked at the time. So you do not just have a vintage pan in your hands, but a rare piece of Belgian culinary history!
