The recipe includes juniper, lavender, lemon thyme, hops, angelica, coriander, ginger, quince, rosehip and vineyard peach. Taste & botanicals Fresh juniper, floral lavender and herbal citrus notes, balanced by fruit from quince, peach and rosehip. The Saar Riesling gives the gin a fresh, elegant and lightly wine-like character.
