The Lieux-Dit "La Côte Faron" by Jacques Selosse is one of the rarest and most sought-after Champagnes in the world. Produced in very limited quantities, this Blanc de Noirs is born from a single parcel exposed to the south in the Grand Cru of Ay, where Pinot Noir reaches unparallelled maturity and depth. Thanks to the Solera method, which combines different vintages since 1994, Anselme Selosse creates a wine that is a continuous bridge between past and present. The bottle is kept in a wine cellar and I’ll not deliver it outside EU
