Lalique - Vase - "Two anemones" - Crystal

LALIQUE FRANCE Vase / flacon “Deux Anémones” or paperweight in molded-pressed glass, satin and black patina Elegant model from the Lalique France house, this vase-flacon is distinguished by its globular silhouette topped with a spectacular cap formed by two blossomed anemones. The corollas, finely veined, present a subtle contrast between satinized areas and the black patina, an iconic aesthetic signature of Lalique’s floral universe. The shaping of the ornament, the softness of the satin finish and the quality of the sculpture confer on the piece a very refined presence, both decorative and sculptural. This model is part of the famous Lalique Anemones lineage, a major floral theme of the house, introduced during the René Lalique period and later revived by Lalique France. The composition captivates with the balance between the transparency of the spherical body and the graphic strength of the floral cap, a true glass sculpture piece. Signature: Lalique France at the base. Condition: neck accident, breakage invisible when the floral cap is in place; the defect remains fully hidden in display, thereby preserving the visual and decorative impact of the piece.
