This camera is called the Leica IIIf. It is a historic rangefinder camera with a screw mount (M39 thread), produced by Ernst Leitz Wetzlar in Germany. Specifically, by analyzing the details on the body: It is a Leica IIIf (Black Dial variant, recognizable by the black numbers on the shutter dial and the flash synchronization scale). Based on Leica's historical serial-number registry, the number 634587 visible on the top cap confirms it was produced in 1952. The lens: It mounts a retractable Summitar f=5cm 1:2 (50mm f/2) lens, serial number 933048, one of the classic bright-era lenses paired with this body. The camera is in perfect condition and is sold with the original lens cap and leather case.
