Montegrappa - Zenith safety pen - Fountain pen

Splendid and rare retracting Zenith extra fountain pen (Montegrappa). On the cap the historic MG triangle logo is clearly visible preceding the inscription "Zenith extra 18 R". The nib is original 14-carat gold (hallmark 585) size 3, intact and writes perfectly. Body and cap clad in a 18k gold plating (18K) with a guilloché geometric pattern. Mechanism: retracting system (Safety) perfectly smooth. Mechanical condition excellent for its age. The pen has been tested with water and no drops leak from the bottom. Recommended ink: Waterman Linea Intense Black.
