Pair of Namji Dolls - Namchi / Dowayo Dowayo and Namji are one people. Dowayo is the contraction of two words Doyo (human, man) and Woyo (child, nephew). Wa-Yo translates as son and daughter. All these combinations allow translating Dowayo as child of man or human being, or son of man. Fertility dolls, reserved for women, who are richly adorned.
