Ragan. The Omega was the only one to pass the test series and was designated “Flight Qualified for all Manned Space Missions.” Already in use during the Gemini missions, Ed White wore two Omega 105.003-63 watches on his wrist during the first “EVA” (Extra-Vehicular Activity) by a U.S. astronaut. The certificate of authenticity, accompanied by Omega, confirms the originality of all components and notes that the watch was fitted with an original and correct service movement from 1968 as part of a service. The watch features the rare dial without the “T T” (tritium) marking, which is popular among collectors. Signs of wear and pressure marks typical of its age.
