Spettacolare Pizzo Floreale Rosso Rubino – Grande Taglio...

Magnificent ruby red sartorial lace, enhanced by a substantial floral motif realized on a delicate net structure. The large flowers cascade across the entire surface, creating an elegant and bold pattern, particularly evident when the fabric is placed in transparency or overlaid on a contrasting lining. The workmanship alternates denser, more textured areas with finely pierced sections, giving depth and movement to the design. The result is a scenographic lace, refined and decidedly more substantial than ordinary light laces. The fabric also has a slight elasticity, a feature particularly interesting for garments that need to drape harmoniously to the body. The composition, in the absence of the original label, is presumably mainly nylon and/or polyester with a small elastic component; therefore this indication should be regarded as an estimate. The extraordinary ruby red shade makes it ideal for creating evening and ceremonial dresses, skirts, corsets, blouses, tops, sleeves and inserts, refined lingerie, theatrical costumes, and high-impact tailoring creations. Particularly captivating when used over a nude, ivory, black, or tone-on-tone lining, playing with transparency and letting the large floral motif emerge. Dimensions: 630 × 145 cm Weight: about 250 grams per linear meter A generous piece measuring 630 centimeters, a quantity that allows tackling even substantial and complete tailoring projects. The photographs are an integral part of the description and show the fabric both gathered and laid out, and in transparency, so as to fully appreciate the texture, workmanship, and pattern.
