vintage Waterman's, Croxley - Fountain pen

The first fountain pen is The Croxley Pen, manufactured in the United Kingdom by the paper company John Dickinson & Co.. -Period: Late 1940s and early 1950s. Historical detail: Dickinson commercially introduced the Croxley line of pens in the United Kingdom around 1947-1948, halting main production shortly after, in the mid-century. The striking pattern of marbled celluloid in black, gold, and bronze tones (often commercially cataloged as Brown/Gold Marble). Its nib is 14 kt; the pen is closed and measures 12.5 cm and weighs 17 grams. The next is a vintage Waterman fountain pen, model W5 from 1948. The design features a pattern of gray and black stripes, known as “gray striated.” It includes a clip and gold-plated details, and the brand “WATERMAN’S” engraved on the clip. Its nib is 14 kt and is in very good condition; closed length 12.53 cm and it weighs 16 grams; It will only be shipped within the European Community by DHL (minimum price €20.49) Deutsche Post.
