Worthy Park 2006 The Duchess - Lluidas Vale - Cask 4 - b. 2018 - 70cl

The Duchess Guyana 1998 – Diamond Distillery – 20 Years Old – Armagnac Finish This rare Guyanese rum was distilled in 1998 at the Diamond Distillery and bottled in 2019 by the independent bottler The Duchess as part of its Tropical Flower Series. The rum matured for a total of 20 years and received an Armagnac cask finish, giving this single-cask release an additional layer of complexity and character. It was bottled at 50.8% ABV from Cask No. 27 and released in a very limited edition of only 243 bottles. Distilled from molasses using the historic Enmore Wooden Column Still, this bottling represents a distinctive expression of traditional Demerara rum. It was bottled at cask strength, without additives or artificial colouring. A highly limited and collectible release combining the rich heritage of Guyanese rum with the careful cask selection of The Duchess.
